IntelFlow provides AI-assisted business intelligence tools that help founders and operators analyze positioning, pricing, offers, and conversion strategies of publicly accessible businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit intelflow.ai, create an account, or run a scan, and how that information is handled.

By using the Service you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

Information You Provide

• Account information: name, email address, and password (hashed) when you register.
• Billing information: payment details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
• Content you submit: URLs, business descriptions, notes, and any files or text you paste into the Service to run a scan or generate a report.
• Support communications: messages you send us via email or in-product support.

Automatically Collected Information

• Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, and interaction events.
• Diagnostic data: error logs and performance metrics used to keep the Service reliable.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Generate the reports, scores, and recommendations you request.
• Process transactions, invoices, and refunds.
• Communicate about product updates, security notices, and support requests.
• Improve the accuracy of our scanning engine and detect abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Certain IntelFlow features rely on third-party large language model providers (for example, model gateways used to generate business analysis). When you use these features, the content you submit—such as a URL, page text, or notes—together with structured signals extracted from public pages, is transmitted to those providers over encrypted channels for the sole purpose of generating your report.

Providers act as processors on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using your content to train their public models. We minimize what is sent, strip credentials and cookies, and never transmit passwords or payment data to AI providers.

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as theme), and secure the Service. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may not function correctly without them.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the Service is used in aggregate. Where possible, IP addresses are truncated and identifiers are pseudonymized. We do not combine analytics data with your account content to build advertising profiles.

Account data, scan history, and generated reports are stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted, logged, and reviewed.

To improve responsiveness and preserve your work between sessions, IntelFlow stores certain project data directly in your browser using Local Storage and, where applicable, IndexedDB. This may include recent scan results, draft inputs, and interface preferences. Clearing your browser storage will remove this data from your device.

We rely on a limited set of vendors to operate the Service:

• Cloud hosting and edge compute providers.
• Payment processors for subscription billing.
• Email delivery services for transactional messages.
• AI model providers for analysis features (see “AI Processing”).
• Error monitoring and analytics vendors.

Each vendor is bound by contractual obligations to protect your information and to process it only for the services they provide to us.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transport, hashed passwords, and least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for notifying us of any suspected unauthorized access.

We retain account data for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Scan inputs and generated reports are retained while your account is active; you may delete individual reports at any time from within the Service.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@intelflow.ai. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

IntelFlow is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

IntelFlow is operated from, and processes data in, jurisdictions that may differ from your own. By using the Service you consent to the transfer of your information to those jurisdictions, subject to appropriate safeguards where required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
