Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You must also be legally permitted to enter into a binding contract. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

• Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your credentials confidential and secure.
• Only submit URLs, content, and information that you have the right to submit.
• Comply with all applicable laws when using the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code of the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Overload, disrupt, or impair the Service, including through automated scripts that exceed reasonable usage.
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, malicious, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.

Reports, scores, competitor comparisons, and recommendations produced by IntelFlow are generated in whole or in part by artificial intelligence systems. AI output can be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it, and for the decisions you make based on it.

IntelFlow provides AI-assisted business analysis. Reports, recommendations, scores, and insights are informational tools intended to support decision-making. They should not be interpreted as legal, financial, accounting, investment, tax, or professional business advice. Users remain solely responsible for all business decisions made using the Service and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Competitor analysis, pricing analysis, positioning insights, business scores, and recommendations are generated from publicly available information, user-provided information, and AI interpretation of that information.

• Some insights are observations of what appears on a page.
• Some are reasonable inferences drawn from those observations.
• Some are recommendations based on generally accepted practices.

Except where explicitly supported by observable evidence quoted in the report, IntelFlow output should not be treated as factual statements about any business, product, market, or individual.

IntelFlow does not guarantee any specific business outcome, including—but not limited to—increased revenue, conversions, traffic, funding, or market position. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your execution, market conditions, and competition.

You alone are responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial decisions you make. IntelFlow is a decision-support tool. We disclaim liability for any losses arising from decisions you make in reliance on the Service to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by IntelFlow and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant IntelFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process that content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in your account settings. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.

Beyond the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee described below, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except where required by law.

We stand behind IntelFlow with a straightforward guarantee:

• If you are not satisfied with IntelFlow, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of your initial purchase.
• Refund requests must be submitted through our official support email at support@intelflow.ai and include the email address on your account.
• After a refund is processed, access to premium features may be revoked.
• Refunds under this guarantee are limited to one purchase per customer.
• Abuse of the refund policy—including repeated refund requests, fraudulent claims, or resale of exported reports—may result in future purchases being refused and access to the Service being terminated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid IntelFlow in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email at least a reasonable period before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IntelFlow AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, except where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
